Who came first Hen or Egg ?

This is a very interesting puzzle for the reasearchers and common people.
According to me, when life had started on this earth, there were only unicellular species like bacteria, after that bicellular and multi-cellular species came and as far as I know science has proved that egg is an unicellular. so egg came first.

What do you think ?

Why I am here ?

Whenever I have a spare time, I always thoughts that why i am here ? why god has send me on this earth ? then I think of the geeth silog which lord krishna explained to arjun in the battle of mahabharata

"karmany evadhikaraste ma phalesu kadacana
ma karma-phala-hetur bhur ma te sango stv akarmani "

Means - you have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself to be the cause of the results of your activites and never be attached to not doing your duty.
Work with results becomes the cause of bondage; therefore such work is not auspicious. Everyone has his proprietory rightin regard to prescribed duties, but should act without attachment to the result; such disinterested obligatory duties doubtlessly lead one to the path of liberation.
so I think god has send me on this earth with some aim, and I am not aware of it.

My last Diwali

My last diwali (3rd nov,2005) is unforgettable for me. I was in Greater Noida, at that time I was I was working in Galgotia's college as a Lecturer. My biggest ever mistake of my life was that I didn't gone to home on that diwali. There in Greater Noida, I was living with my two other frineds Yogi and Naveen. Naveen was in Pune for an interview, so only yogi and I was there on the flat. In the evening we perform puja and kept diya's in every room and at every window and also I kept one candle on my study table. My study table was of platic and all my book, certificates and my computer was there on the table. After performing puja, we went outside to meet other friends. Hardly afterone hour we come back and what we saw , whole flat was full of dense black smoke. when we left the flat all lights were on, but due to the smoke we couldn't able to see the tubelight. After seeing all that, we called our one more friend Abhay and we all try to extinguish the fire. Fire was caught due to the candle on my study table. I had lost my all books, my certificates and my computer.
From that diwali I learned one thing that never keep lighted candle on a table.

Things I am missing here in Bangalore

I belong to famous place of north India- Agra. Agra is famous for Taj Mahal, petha, Dal moath and leather work. Taj Mahal is just 500 meter away from my home or you can say that my home is 500 meters away from Taj Mahal. After coming here in Bangalore I am missing some things. First of all my Parents specially my mother.
Secondly- Milk. when I was in Agra and Greater Noida ( from where I have completed my B.Tech) I used to drink one litre milk in my breakfast and that is also pure. I used to go to early
in the morning to bring milk. Thirdly the Cooks of the CDAC Canteen doesn't know how to make a chapatti, some times you will find it half cooked and from one side it is black and other side is white.
Things I am feeling comfortable And here in Bangalore, specially in CDAC campus environment in really very nice.

In this blog I am going to tell you about my friend's love, actually it was not his love it was his attraction towards girls.

I meet with him in my B.tech, B.tech is a four year degree course means eight semester. When we were in first semester he was attracted by a girl, let her name was first girl because I don't want to take her name, otherwise he will beat me. so in that whole semester he talked about her and also dreaming about her, then second semester come and after 3-4 weeks he said," raj I like that girl (suppose second girl) then I asked him, what about the first one?. He replied she is also in the list and for backup. In the third semester he was attracted to third one and in fourth with fourth one, so, when fifth semester started, I asked him , are you a butterfly ? who sits on one flower for some time and then go to the next flower", then he replied,"actually I was in love with a girl named anjali and she died in an accident and I am trying to find her in all the girls, so
in some girl I found her smile,in some her activities, similiar to anjali and so on.

Happiest moment of my Life

Before telling the happiest moment of my life, I want to tell you about myfamily background. We lives in a joint family with my uncle. My father is the eldest among his brothers and my aunty and my cousins are always jealous to us.
After my +2, I gave the UPSEAT exam and that time my uncle's eldest son was doing doing his engg and he was very intelligent and they (my auntyand my cousins) were jealous of us because they says that we (myself andmy brothers or sisters) can't study and they can't clear any exam.
But from my childhood, I never failed in any exam and this time also when the UPSEAT exam result came, I was selected and I was the only student from my school who has cleared the upseat exam. And my result shuts my aunty's mouth and that day was the happiest moment of my life . And now whenever I closed my eyes and think about that day, I recognised every moment of that day that I gave some happines to my parents.
After completion of my B.Tech, till that my uncle's eldest son was selected in DRDO after 3-4 years of completion of his B.Tech and his starting salarywas 16000/- and again my aunty's words were there that no one from my family can't do a job with such a good salary, I joined teaching teaching line and my starting salary was 13000/- and again that shuts my aunty's mouth for amoment.
These two are my happiest moment of my life as far as I think because forany parents, what they want is that his son/daughter do some thing theywant from his child that give them happiness and nothing else.

Encouraging Story -THE DONKEY

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon,
everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.
Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less

Problem Solving by - pandit, fundu and punter

Every person has its problem solving method. Most people are happy with their problem solving skills the moments their answers tally with the correct answer. But there are 3 mindset for problem solving - pandit, fandu and punter.

PANDIT- The pandit is a guy who is systematic and cautious and solves problem using conventional techniques. he believes strongly that problems have to be solved using a step-by-step approach. when he is solving his problems, ou will see him sitting erect and holding a pen and a book. Pen and paper are his main tools. His dress sense impreses his grandparents. He prefers rice and sambar, or rotis and curry for his lunch. He believes in the "early to bed and early to rise" princple and never sleeps in between.

FUNDU- Our friend fundu loves to play around with fundamentals. He experiments with the fundamentals in any problem, till he is convinced of better methods. He does not care for the conventional approach; however, he respects the basics. It is very diffiult for anyone to make out what he has written, as he enjoys writing different approaches in his own style. He dresses normally, but with many little variations such as a zip instead of buttons for his shirts and one or two pockets in hidden places.

PUNTER- The punter is a strictly result-oriented person, who chares a damn for methods. He usually starts solving his problem from the answer choice. Rather than going deep into the problem, he tries to read the examiner's minds. He hate using pen and paper for solving problems. His one and only objective is to crack the problem in the shortest possible time without writing anything on paper. His dressing style irritates his parents and grandparents. He eats whenever he is hungry and sleeps whenever he feels like. He prefers odd combinations like chapattis with jam or bread with sagu etc.

choice which type of person you are.

My meeting with Mechanical enggineer or Lord Krishana's Devotee

Today I went to buy new Cell phone with my friend Naveen. After purchasing the mobile we
both are coming back, in the way I saw a bookseller. He was in a traditional Indian dress -
"doti-kurta" and he has books related to Lord Krishana and his Geeta-Updesh only.

And my friend Naveen want the "shri matbhagavata geeta" book. so we decided to ask to him.
He showed us the english version of shri matbhagavata geeta but it contains all the conversation
between Lord Krishna and his friend and Devotee arjuna in sanskrit and english both and the
meaning of both sanskrit and english words and phrases , then we asked for the price, he told it
will cost Rs 125/- and he will give one poster of lord krishna also. But my friend said, no we can't
able to give Rs 125/- because we are student but we can give you Rs 100/-. Then he said," if you take two books then it will be possible for him. " Then we decide to take 2 for Rs 200/-. Then he asked what we people are doing ? Which course and where we are staying ? our Qualification ? then he said,"I am also a Mechanical Engineer and working in a Software Company". We both are shocked and asked him, then why you are selling these books, he replied that,

"I am a member of a committee that every day give meals to 5000 children and i believe in
Lord Krishna and his updesh he had delivered to his friend and his devotee Arjuna during the
battle of Mahabharat that - this life is "moha maya" and every man on this earth wants
"moksha". so you don't afraid of any thing and just do you work, don't worry about the result. "

Then he said," on holidays I used to sell books and all the money he get from the selling goes to
feed the children." And he said," you read this book and after some time you will find that
what you are searching is within you and near to you only you thing you need is path or way,
how to reach there and how to walk on that path."
